The name may be a little complicated, but the answer is simple...It's The place for southern food-with a heavy Cajun influence just for kicks.

And, who is Beauregard? The original Beauregard is good 'ole great,great granddad,but nowadays it's well, you.This is your restaurant because we make it how you like it. All of our sauces,dressings,breading and more are made in house. Everything is made to order,every time. You want it spicy?you got it. Not so much? Fine by us.

We're locally owned and source as much as we can from local vendors. But, as far as our seafood goes, we go where the gettin's good. For example, our shrimp and oysters are from the gulf, our crab's home is the Pacific Northwest and our crawfish are flown in from Louisiana.

Bottom line, you have a hankering for some gumbo, fried pickles, crawfish meat pie, oyster spaghetti, shrimp & grits? You have found your place.
